With the holidays near, I don’t know about you, but my alcohol consumption usually increases with all of the social gatherings and holiday parties. I’d be a total hypocrite if I told you that I avoid alcohol. In fact, I enjoy it and it is a part of my strong safe & sexy diet. I do, however, choose wisely and make sure I am burning off the extra calories in exercise.
In my latest Youtube video, I give you my top strong safe & sexy drinking tips that will allow you to splurge through the holidays and get your buzz on. At the same time, you can manage your caloric intake by choosing the healthier alcoholic options while managing your blood sugar and insulin levels. Be sure to keep at your fitness all through the holidays and make up the extra calories in exercise.

Remember 1 serving is equal to:
5 ounces of wine (about 110-120 calories)
1.5 ounces of hard liquor (vodka, tequila, gin, etc.) about 100 calories
And… they don’t call it a beer belly for nothing. Skip the beer and drink cleaner.
