Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

I’ve created this Glowing Skin Smoothie recipe with the following foods as the main ingredients for these reasons:

Spinach also contains vitamin E, which has anti-aging properties because it guards your skin against damage from the sun’s UV rays.

Brazil nuts are high in selenium, a mineral that helps protect skin from sun damage—and it helps the skin stay firm. They are also beneficial for thyroid health.
