From dreaming up future versions of yourself to strategies on health, wealth, relationships and fulfillment, you’ll learn and discuss The Art of Badassery framework and how to incorporate it into your life. The mind is a powerful tool, and often under-utilized. So, let’s enter the proverbial dojo and let’s get to work!
If you haven’t found your groove in meditation yet, Jenn will introduce different styles of meditation that include Ki (life force energy) Breathing, walking meditation and guided meditations to help you unwind and reset your nervous system. Your brain and body will thank you for bringing it back to it’s natural rhythms by reducing the stress hormones in your body.
In true martial arts philosophy, Jenn will guide you through forms of both yin (restorative) and yang (active) exercise sessions. You’ll learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow your way out of a fight. And you’ll stretch your muscles and practice self care that will set you up for a balanced, healthy and fit lifestyle. You’ll leave with an arsenal of new martial arts inspired moves!

One of her biggest goals was to share The Art of Badassery framework through retreats to foster connection and community. And now she’s doing just that.
Her love of travel has brought her around the world as a VIP health coach and yet, will still return again and again to two special places that she now shares with others during her retreats: Montauk, NY and Italy.

Q: What’s included in the price?

Q: What’s not included in the price?
Travel is not included.

No other additional meals, excursions or transportation is included that is not mentioned above.
Q: Do I have to partake in all of the activities mentioned above?
Not at all. If you prefer downtime, a rest or to take any other excursions of your own, please do so. Just promise to keep in communication with the group via the group’s WhatsApp channel.
Q: Are the workouts difficult?
Jenn has been teaching fitness and martial arts classes for 20+ years and is able to vary the intensity of the workouts for all fitness levels. One of the themes for the retreat is to leave feeling refreshed and energized. That will look differently for everyone and therefore, everyone will be responsible for determining how much they want to push themselves verses how much they want and need to rest.
Q: How do I make the payment?
You can make payments according to the options laid out above via credit card (through Stripe), Zelle or Venmo.
Q: Can I get a refund if I decide I don’t want to continue?
The initial deposit to confirm your spot is non-refundable. If you back out of the trip after that you will not receive your deposit back. You can transfer it to someone else. And trip insurance is recommended for this purpose.
Q: How do I get to Montauk?
Montauk, NY is located at the most eastern end of Long Island, NY. Its unique location gives way to its quiet, peaceful vibes when all the summer crowds depart.
Depending on where you are coming from you can drive, take the Jitney (bus) or take the Long Island Railroad directly to Montauk.
The closest major airports are JFK and LGA. From there, you can either rent a car or take the LIRR train or Hampton Jitney bus. Timing needs to be coordinated.
